The guiding fee does by Matthias Bike Corner Cyprus LTD include bike rental.

Premium Bikes (Di2 Carbon)
Available on request – perfect for guests who prefer high-end equipment.
Note: Bike rental is charged separately. Selecting a suitable bike is the participant’s responsibility.

⭐ BOOKING RULES (Advance Notice)
To allow proper guide planning and professional tour preparation, the following lead times apply:
✔ 3-, 4- and 5-Day Experiences:
Minimum of 6 weeks’ notice
✔ Groups & Clubs (from 6 participants):
Minimum of 8 weeks’ notice
✔ Private Guiding (1 day):
Minimum of 7 days’ notice
PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% deposit upon booking
- Balance due 14 days before arrival
- Payment by bank transfer or on-site
⭐ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Up to 30 days before arrival → 30% cancellation fee
- 29–14 days before arrival → 50% cancellation fee 50 %
- Less than 14 days → no refund
- Rescheduling is only possible subject to availability.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (Guiding T&Cs)
1. Scope of Services
Guiding includes guided tours only. Rental bikes, transfers, meals, and additional services are not included.
2. Participation Requirements
Participants confirm that they are medically fit and possess basic cycling skills.
3. Liability
Helmet use is mandatory. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
We accept no liability for personal injury or damage to bicycles.
4. Weather & External Conditions
Tours may be adjusted or rescheduled in the event of unfavorable conditions.
5. Minimum Number of Participants
Private guiding: no minimum number.
Groups & clubs: minimum of 6 participants.
6. Rental Bikes
Selecting a suitable bicycle is the participant’s responsibility.
Any damage must be paid for by the participant.
7. Payment & Cancellation Policy
The payment and cancellation terms stated above apply.
8. Photos & Media
Any images or media recorded during tours may be used for internal documentation.
9. Changes
Minor route adjustments may be made at any time.
